Hi All! My Name is Paige and I am the mom of three wonderful little girls. This would normally be the place where I would try to sell you on my course or tell you why you need to buy this right away. But, instead, I want to start with a picture and a story.

Yes. This is cake. On my ceiling. About 20 feet up. And I have no idea how my 3 and 5-year olds got it up there. It was the day after my oldest's 5th birthday and I allowed them to have cake for breakfast (because I am an awesome mom). I served them cake and promptly went back to bed. The baby had been up all night. The older two hadn't gone to sleep until almost midnight (only in part due to birthday cake-fueled sugar rush). I was exhausted. When my oldest exclaimed "Noooooo!!!!" followed by the familiar "shhh, shhh, shhhhh" I knew something had happened.

I would like to tell you things like this are a rare occurrence But the truth is, things like this are just a part of the everyday lives of many mothers like me.

But there is something different that happens in the lives of stressed-out moms. Instead of finding humor in these everyday mishaps (as all my facebook friends did), stressed-out moms like I was, will flip out. You know the feeling. The one where you want to cry. The one where your stomach turns inside out. And you aren't sure if you want to rage clean the mess or go back to bed. The old me would have been furious, I would have flipped out, yelled, screamed until my throat hurt, felt immense guilt, and then cried at the fact that I flipped out on my cute little girls. But the new me, smiles and laughs.

This change isn't because I suddenly realized that no one is hurt and it isn't permanent damage. In fact, I knew these things before and would still scream and cry about them. I would overreact because my stress system was overloaded. I was so full of anxiety, stress, and worry that any little bit was the drop that overflowed my bucket. I was living on the edge, all the time.

Until I realized I couldn't live like that any more. That is when I took a hard look at my life and plunged into a long journey of discovering what I was really stressed out about and why my stress system was always on overdrive. Once I figured out what the cause of my stressors were, I then moved on to eliminating the stress and added in safeguards to keep my stress levels low. It took me a long time to figure all of the pieces out, but that doesn't mean that it has to for you. I've put together all the steps you will need to safeguard your stress system from overloading into a quick easy to follow plan.

If you are ready to find the humor in these catastrophes, this is the course for you. In this 3-part course, I will guide you through gathering your thoughts about your stress, identifying what is making you the most stressed, and activating new habits to reduce your daily stress levels.
